Supplier Qualification and Contracted Procurement

For buyers onboarding a new salt supplier into their procurement chain, our sales team can support a standard supplier qualification process, including a qualification questionnaire, export reference information, and requested corporate documentation.

For repeat buyers, we offer an annual supply agreement or framework agreement with fixed commercial terms for an agreed period, with quantity flexibility on individual orders within that framework.

Each shipment can be accompanied by a batch-specific certificate of analysis (COA) and, on request, a certificate of origin. Batch traceability is maintained from production through to shipment, allowing retrospective tracing if needed for your own quality-control records. For seasonal and tender-based procurement by municipalities and road-maintenance services, a framework agreement covering planned seasonal consumption can be arranged in advance

For new orders or specification changes, sample approval is available before full production is confirmed. Standard commercial terms include a minimum order quantity (MOQ), an indicative lead time, and Incoterms defined on a per-quote basis. Shipments are arranged as full truckload or container load, with pallet configuration and storage conditions adapted to your requirements. If a product specification changes materially, buyers with an active agreement are notified in advance.
